JULIA ADES

Head of research and content

With a degree in Social Communication from ESPM-SP, she has also taken many courses focused on the behavioral universe: Behavior, Culture & Communication (UCSD - CA); Behavioral Neuroscience (Casa do Saber); Visual Anthropology (Franklin Lopes); Consumer Psychology (ESPM).

She likes to delve into everything that involves human behavior and is always bringing new connections and analyses to APOEMA. Her sensitivity and creativity are forces that enhance behavioral research and the connection with the human being behind each consumer.

Julia has been working in the field of Behavioral Research for more than 10 years and, before founding APOEMA, worked with clients such as Skol, Google, Unilever, Ambev, Elo, among others.

HELENA DIAS

Head of research and projects

With a degree in Social Communication from ESPM - RS, she has also taken courses aimed at improving processes, managing people and new methodologies: Agile Methodologies (Bloco Ágil, Perestroika), Emotional Intelligence (Conquer), Design Thinking (ECHOS), How to be a good leader (The School of Life).

She likes to navigate between different topics and is always looking to discover something new: from behaviors to tools to be used in APOEMA’s projects. Her openness to constant experimentation and learning is a strength that enhances her connection with people.

Helena has been working in the field of Behavioral Research for over 12 years, with experience in Brazil and Portugal. Before APOEMA, she worked with clients such as IKEA, Diageo, NIVEA, Visa, Itaú, Netflix, among others.


MILLENA CUNHA

Content Assistant 

She holds a degree in Geography from UFRJ, but she truly found her calling in behavioral research when she started working at APOEMA. Since transitioning to this field, she has taken courses focused on research structuring and operation, methods and approaches, and quantitative investigation: Research Ops (Mergo); Exploratory Research (Learning Design); Data and Quantitative Research (Mergo).

She enjoys learning about diverse topics, is curious and open-minded—qualities that enhance a multifaceted and plural perspective for each study.
